TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Lead Booker must be 30yrs old or over
- Fully refundable up until 6 weeks before your arrival
- 50% deposit charged on booking
- Outstanding balance payable 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your arrival
- Non-refundable within 6 weeks of your arrival (unless we manage to resell your dates, at which point a 50% refund will be given)
- Access on arrival day from 4pm (or earlier by prior agreement)
- The house must be vacated on departure day by 10am
- No smoking
- No Confetti
- No amplified live music or sound systems
- No food or drink above ground floor level (carpet stains are chargeable)
- The house must be left in a tidy state on departure
- The Wood burner and BBQ must be left clean (£50 cleaning fee if left dirty)
- No outdoor shoes to be worn above ground floor level (we provide slippers).
- Breakages / missing items are chargeable
