Guarantee Policies
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 4.00pm, 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of
the accommodation charge for the duration of your booking.
Cancellation on the day of arrival / non arrival , a full day's
charge will be imposed unless the room is resold at full rate.
Any Bookings made through Eviivo reservation system and subsequently
cancelled will incur a charge of 5% of total booking cost to cover
the cost of adminstration and credit card transaction fee.
All tariffs are subject to change without notice
Non-compliance with our NO Smoking policy will result in a £100.00 charge being incurred to cover the cost of cleaning & the resulting delay in re-letting.
Holiday Insurance Policy
Should you wish to protect yourself against any cancellation charge
we recommend you take up appropriate insurance policy to cover
for any unforeseen events.
Please ask reception for a copy of an insurance application form.
