A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your reservation, please do so by 4:00pm three days prior to your booked arrival date so that we won’t have to impose a charge against your cancelation.
If you cancel on the day of your booked arrival date or for whatever reason fail to arrive, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you the full rate of your booking unless we are able to re-book the room at the last minute and at the same rate.
Holiday Insurance Policy: Should you wish to protect yourself against any cancellation charge, it might be worth thinking about taking out an appropriate insurance policy to cover for any unforeseen events. If you think this is wise, please ask us for an insurance application form when booking.
If you have booked online through Eviivo and subsequently have to cancel, there will unfortunately be a charge levied of 5% of the total booking cost to cover admin and credit card transaction fees. All tariffs are subject to change without notice
Hastings House has a no smoking policy and we would kindly ask that there is no smoking on the premises. Non-compliance with the no smoking policy carries a penalty charge of £100.00 to cover the cost of extra cleaning & the resulting delay incurred in re-letting the room. Thankyou.
