Step into a new haven of hospitality

The ground floor of Hastings House has been completely refurbished and now brings together the style and design that graces each of our bedrooms with a new guest area that is contemporary, elegant and welcoming.

We’ve got a brand new state-of the-art kitchen so that we can whip up culinary delights for you and we’ve also built a bespoke reception area so that our guests always have a point of contact. The focal point of our renovation work is our new lounge area that includes a perfectly designed bar area and light and spacious dining room that overlooks the gardens with views out to sea.

A bijou outdoor terrace is situated at the back of the hotel, this will be a small oasis of calm – perfect for morning coffee in the sun or a nightcap under the stars.

Dining Room:

The perfect space for a tasty breakfast to start the day and service with a smile! Gorgeous dark wood tables and leather chairs set off by slate place mats, linen and stylish silverware … we just happen to think that a little bit of elegance goes hand-in-hand with fine dining whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our dining room serves our guests well and we also are happy to make the space available for private functions or business meetings.

Bar:

Our marble-topped bar area is set within the back of the lounge and is fully stocked with a wide selection of local wines, champagnes, soft drinks and spirits. With a wide-screen TV, a great selection of DVDs and a full music system, guests are invited to sit a while and relax as and when they want to. We would also be happy to prepare a few bar snacks should you wish to invite friends to join you for drinks. Please just let us know in the morning and we’ll make sure you are comfortable and well looked after!
